Our coffee is superb. Supplied by LavAzza, “Italy’s favourite coffee”, the Tierra range is exclusive to us. Described as an “excellent blend made of 100% washed Arabica coffees and characterised by aromatic and sweet notes.” It is made using the green coffee exclusively from three coffee-growing communities in Honduras, Peru & Colombia.
We also supply Fair Trade tea.

The Restaurant is fully licensed, with an excellent selection of beers and spirits. Also, a fine selection of champagne and wines from around the world.

We have, on tap, Old Speckled Hen and an excellent German lager, Dortmunder, free of preservatives but with a full-bodied taste. It makes the sun shine that bit brighter, and the sea look just that little bit bluer in the late afternoon. As for the wonderful sunsets!...I shall leave that to your imagination. Savour the great taste of a chilled glass of wine or champagne, or a cold pint of beer whilst watching the sun set. At the height of the summer the sun sets directly opposite the Boatshed between the two hills of the island of Samson, shining right to the back of the restaurant. Wow! Come and join us...
