Enjoy the wonderful views of Samson, Bryher and Tresco from our Seafood Café/Restaurant situated on the beach at Porthmellon, overlooking the Harbour of St Mary’s, on the Isles of Scilly in Cornwall, in what used to be the old boat shed.

Relax in the sunshine on our new enlarged decked area.  Then retire to the beach and hire a traditional deck chair (you know, the ones that you always wonder how to put up!), or hire a wind break and enjoy our ice cream cornets/take away coffee, tea, hot chocolate on the beach.  The children can run wild, whilst you can keep a close eye from the deck.  They can enjoy our beach toys;  cupet car and tractor – and swing ball or twister for us older ones.  On a rainy day, you can sit in and the children can find entertainment with our selection of games, including connect 4, snakes and ladders and snap.  Also, back gammon and draughts for us older ones!

Our opening hours are 11 am until 11pm from April until end September.  Seafood is our speciality.  Scillonian crab is always on the menu.  Our specials board changes daily, offering you the catch of the day.  We also cater for both carnivores and vegetarians.
