Cooked in either a creamy white wine and garlic sauce topped with parmesan, Or
in chilli, coriander, garlic, ginger and lime juice
* Homemade Chilli Crab Cake with our own Chilli Jam and mixed leaf salad garnish
* Homemade Crab Pate with crusty bread and mixed leaves
* Spinach and Red Pepper roulade with creme fraiche and crispy leaf salad
* Chicken Caeser Salad; Char grilled chicken breast with a cos lettuce, anchovies, caeser dressing, croutons and parmesan shavings
