Champagnes and Sparkling Wines From £24.95-£49.95
* Prosecco "Yello", Italy £24.95
"Yello" is an authentic prosecco, produced in the hills around valdobbiabene in
the Veneto region of Itally. The wine is made in the traditional way using
secondary fermentation and produced a refreshing, fruity, light wine that is
easy to drink.
* Cuperly Champagne NV, France £34.95
This classic Champagne is a fine blend from 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir. It produces a gold tinged wine with a white and persistent froth. It shows the fresh taste of Chardonnay and is balanced with the richness and complexity of Pinot Noir.
* Louis Perdrier Rose, France £21.95
High quality win mousseux from Pinot Noir, Syray and Cinsault, nice rose colour with a persistent mousse followed by numerous fine bubbles. On the nose the wine has red fruit scents. A well-balanced wine showing on the palate the same aromatic fruit flavours as the bouquet.
* Moet et Chandon Brut imperial, France £49.95
Made in classic Champagne style, this wine has elegance and a wonderful long finish.
White Wines From £14.50-£21.95
* Jarrah Wood, Australian (House Wine) £14.50
A fine blend of varieties make this refreshing white wine with citrus and apricot fruit characters. Best drunk young. the jarrah tree is native of South Australia. The Jarrah flower is used to make honey. The Jarah wood is rich in colour, very hard anad durable when seasoned. this quality wine has the characteristics associated with traditional Jarrah wood. Also available by the glass for £3.95.
* Niel Joubert Chenin Blanc, South Africa £18.50
An attention grabing nose packed with fresh, ripe tropical notes and a
delightful mingle of citrus, guava and granadilla. Delicious in the mouth with
ever so lively tingle, yet ultra smooth across the palate.

A light crisp and refreshing wine, the perfect choice for any occasion. Delicate floral aromas with a delicious citrus fruit flavour. Its fresh cleansing palate lends itself to seafood dishes.

The rose is refreshing light strawberry fruit flavours. This wine will ideally be served on its own or with light foods. A well blended wine from the classic Australian grapes. Available by the glass £3.95

Gorgeous armoas of fresh ripe strawberry and juicy watermelon. Medium bodies and utterly delicious.
Red Wines From £14.50-£28.95
* Jarrah Wood, Australian (House Wine) £14.50
Full bodies with distinctive rich fruit and a noticeably peppery taste. A
carefully crafted blend of Classic Australian varieties.
* Runamock Shiraz, Australian £17.95
Aromas of rich fruitcake, dark chocolate and liquorice are underscored on the
palate by ripe blackcurrant oassis flavours with a lovely, subtle whiff of
fresh mint leaf.
* Via Alta Cabernet Sauvignon £15.95
Nice ripe blackcurrantly fruit in this straightforward, meat loving cabernet.
* Via Alta Merlot, Chile £16.95
Bramble fruit is to the fore in this warm and well structured Merlot.
* Faustino Rivero Rioja Crianza, Spain £21.95
Made from the Tempranillo and Garnache grapes this wine has matured in American oak casks for 12 – 14 months and has spicy aromas with moderate tannins on the palate.
* Faustino Rivera Reserva Rioja, Spain £28.95
A bright wine made from 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha, red berry aromas underscored by liquorice.
